After receiving our products handle with care. Boxes contain pieces decorated with a special application. Improper manipulation (scratching) and the use of abrasive detergents may cause damage on the pieces. Grout joints should be a minimum of 3 mm wide for smooth appearance in case of opposite recommendation is indicated on the box or product.(According to product and ground size grout  joints up to 8 mm can be used) Ready to use adhesives are highly recommended for the installation of ceramic tiles. Never use lime base grout joint materials. When fixing, pay special care when cleaning the white cement used for grouting. Clean after fixed with a very wet rag or with a wet sponge while the grout is still wet. Never use neither abrasive or corrosive elements, nor aggressive cleaning agents too basic or excessively acid. Should pieces contained in the box present defects, do not lay them, contact the supplier straight away. No claim will be accepted once the product is laid out.

Care Suggestions  ·                    Saturate the wall with hot water combined with a small amount of cleaning solution.(recommended to choose non-granule, liquid types. ·                    Let the solution sit on the floor for 5-10 minutes. ·                    Cloth up the water. Stubborn dirt and stains may be with a nylon pad or bristle brush. ·                    Rinse thoroughly with clean water until all dirty wash water is removed.

·                    It must be remembered that matt surface floor tiles abrasion resistance better than the glossy surface floor tiles

·                    During to product installation stage, please be attention to information on user guide.

·                    Glazed floor and wall tiles advantage are easy cleaning and against to endurance of stain.

·                    White and light color of tiles show dirtiness than the other color tiles.

·                    Relief surface tiles easy collect dust.

·                    Dark color surface tile show surface abrasion easily.

·                    On the product choose stage for the places to input, P.E.I. degrees must be taken into account. ·                    No tile surface, edges and corners can be smooth (especially it is not wanted). Especially because of wall tiles and natural stones like travertine water absorption values are high (on wall tiles, absorption values are increases up to 10%-%20 interval) they expand on the mounting. Because of this, all of the tiles have to be inclined according to relevant standard tolerances. ·                    Be careful on choosing certificated craftsmen. ·                    Warn your craftsmen for paving the products according to paving instructions.

·                    The surface of application must be controlled carefully before the products paved, dust, sand, oil and construction pieces must be cleaned before application.

·                    Isolation precautions must be taken for the places of trespassing of hot water lines to prevent cracks of different amounts of expands.

·                    Pay special attention not to overflow the filling material into the relieved products corners, edges and surfaces that do not have straight surfaces for the esthetic reasons.
